Hinojosa Graduates Program 2024 is the second edition of an international professional development program to be a leader of the future within one of the leading European companies in the packaging sector.

The program will begin in April 2024, this is when your path to training and working to be a future leader within Hinojosa will begin. In the first mission you will have to develop and lead a project within one of Hinojosa's industrial plants. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge, skills, and commitment, as well as your leadership skills. Furthermore, during these months you will receive an entire training and development program in processes, products, technologies, as well as management skills and competencies. A true master's degree for you!

Multinational industrial company is looking for a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the HSE Management System for Europe. This position will be located in Barcelona area, reporting to the Operations Director.



The HSE Manager will have the folowing responsiilities:

  • Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  • Implement and maintain the HSE Management System.
  • Monitor performance against HSE objectives and targets, and take corrective and preventative actions as necessary.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and take appropriate corrective and preventative actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Undertake regular audits of the HSE Management System, and take appropriate corrective and preventative actions to address any non-conformities.
  • Keep abreast of developments in HSE legislation and best practice, and make recommendations for changes to the management system as necessary.
