Requisitos mínimos
Functions:

1. Management
-Is the point of contact for all employees between the of the organisation. Providing advice when is require.
- Informs and organises administrative work related to the legal residency of all employees.
-Supervises that all employees are being taxed according to the legality.
-Prepares and reviews legal HR documents.
-Organises and maintains personnel records to be compliant with the Safer Recruitment Policy.
-Updates and monitors internal databases (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, holidays).
-Ensures that external partners are fully compliant with the policies related to HR & Safeguarding.
- Runs analysis, creates reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates) when required.
- Assists the school?s payroll office by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, extra-time, sick days and work schedules).
-Becomes an expert and assists staff members in the use of the platform when required.
-Supervises Heath and Safety Policies: Ensures the compliance with all legal requirements.
-Always is prepared for a potential Social Security, Revenue and Tax Office or Safeguarding Inspection.0. Community
- Keeps correct and professional relations with employees of all departments, Committee members and third parties.
-Maintains a collaborative approach towards HR members of other schools, sharing concerns and implementations.

Profile:
• Qualification: Spanish university diploma related to HR field.
• Meaningful experience: at least 3 years in similar position
• Competences: Good communication skills; Organisational and multitasking abilities; Able to build a rapport with employees.
• Digital competences: competent use of common software.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English. Other languages will be a plus
